In honor of this full moon portal we find ourselves in, let’s talk about the potency of lunar living and what it has the potential to do for your life.
Because at the core of the priestess path, right alongside walking the way of love, is this unspoken yet deeply understood agreement to be in such intimate communion with the natural ebbs & flows of life that you move according to those rhythms. The same rhythms that are inherent within you. Like a foundational blueprint that pulses through your blood, guiding you to grow, bloom, release and retreat.
Let me begin by saying, this is not your typical “manifest with the moon” conversation. Given that this is a space for parting veils and walking between worlds, I’m not about to tell you how to set intentions under the new moon and burn shit under the full moon. You already know how to do that.
This, like every transmission thus far, is a sacred story about what happens when you live your life by the light of the moon. When you remember that she is you and you are she. That this isn’t just about pointing at the moon…it’s about being the moon.
Growing and expanding into your fullest, purest, clearest expression. Surrendering and releasing anything that holds you back from being all that you came here to be. Sitting in the void of your own becoming and doing it all over again, moonth after moonth after moonth.

Specifically—how the intention you set unfolds itself in ways you couldn’t have even imagined, let alone planned for. Even when you think you know what it’s all about and what you’re aiming for, in truth, you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into. Not really…
I wanna take you back to December of 2024 and the Sagittarian New Moon. Whenever there’s a lunar cycle in a sign that holds prominent placement in my cosmic DNA (aka my birthchart) I already know it’s going to be more revelatory than any others. With this fiery trailblazing, truthseeking archetype as my ascendant—which fyi is the placement that represents the mystery school you signed up for in this lifetime in order for your soul to grow & evolve—I quickly became aware that this cycle was going to teach me how to be my most authentic self and hold that embodiment wherever I went—up to and including all the holiday events on the horizon.
Through ceremonial immersion, I connected with what I like to call my Sacred, Soul Self, who showed me what it is that lights me up the most and I committed to honoring the things I saw by actually doing them this cycle, like ceremonial crafting with wholesome women.
Based on my intention to be my original self, I thought it was just going to be as simple as doing the things that lit me up. Yet when I look back on that lunation, what the moon actually taught me was how to let go of an old identity that was keeping me from being the truth of who I am. It taught me how to surrender my will to thy will and to let the breath of life breathe through me, trusting that whatever unfolds is exactly right, exactly perfect. That there is in fact no reason to rush, because I am right on time, right where I’m meant to be. The identity shift ritual I did in that lunation—which I had no idea would take place when I set that intention at the new moon—is the exact thing that set me up for a WILD soul evolution during the next moon cycle in Capricorn.
From the most luxurious candlelit bubble bath, at a cherished bed & breakfast, in my favorite area of Mystic, Connecticut, I stood at the threshold, realizing that this was a new moon of legacies. The freshest of beginnings auspiciously orchestrated and timed by the Goddess to be right at the gateway of the new year, heading into the year of the snake. 2025—a year of coming alive, a time to even more fully thrive. I set the intention to seed the legacy I came here to lead and in my mind, I had a very specific agenda for what that meant. Under that new moon portal, I was choosing to share my gift of candle creations in a sacred ceremony, as a vehicle to invest in a business endeavor that would provide me with the resources I needed to bring the BIG vision I was holding—the legacy if you will—to life. I even pulled an oracle affirming that I was walking the path of destiny and that it was indeed time.
What ended up unfolding from that cycle was even more divinely orchestrated than my human mind could have ever conceived. I even wrote in my journal at the earlier waxing crescent stage to carry the wisdom from the last cycle forward (surrendering my agenda) and allow this legacy to reveal itself to me through the cycle ahead rather than thinking I have it all figured out or even assuming I already know what it is. During this phase, I received the message that unexpected gifts were coming my way and again, I thought that meant the means to make the investment were going to come through. LOL did I have no idea what was actually flowing down the river…
Here’s what happened:
As the Cancer Full Moon peaked, I felt like shit. Tired. Groggy. Like I was submerged underwater—Cancer feels when you’re holding too much and not letting things really flow amirite??? I was plagued yet again by this old pressured feeling of being behind in life (the identity I released during last moonth’s Sag cycle). I asked the Goddess WTF was up and this is what She said…
If your heart feels like it’s breaking it’s because you are being cracked open.
To feel more. To hold more.
Nurturing your nature IS the medicine now.
Patience. Healing. Home within.
Do not rush. Go slow.
Even slower.

Let go of what you think you know and just flow.
I pulled an oracle that told me I was a cycle breaker and even though this was no easy task, it was absolutely, imperatively necessary. I began to sense that to truly seed the legacy I came here to lead, I must break the cycle of feeling behind, pressuring myself, operating from lack of thinking I somehow won’t make it or it won’t work out.
Three days later, my beloved sent me a free training called The Cycle Breaker Training. I mean COME ON, you can’t make this shit up! During this event, I had a full (moon) circle moment that the true legacy I came here to lead actually had nothing to do with a business investment. It was more about healing the wound of malnourishment passed down through the maternal line, choosing to lead my life from a nourished, grounded, regulated nervous system state by allowing myself to hibernate, rest, pause, restore and nurture myself. So that I could lead from a place of vibrancy, vitality and vivaciousness…aka all of the elements that I learned from the Sagittarian cycle were key components to my authentic expression and being my most original self.
Are you getting the pick up here?
When you regularly commune with the moon and pay attention to what she illuminates, you will see things that blow your fucking mind and radically alter the trajectory of your life for the better. But this cannot happen without your willingness to participate and your devotion to show up. The more intimate I became with Grandmother Moon, the more wisdom she shared with me. The reason I was able to quantum leap in my growth is because I showed the fuck up. I listened to the lessons, learned what I needed to learn and then lived them out in my life.
Cycle after cycle after cycle. It just gets juicer and juicer. Life keeps showing me how good it can get and I know it’s because I’m leaning into her intelligent pulse. The same one that beats through you.
Okay, one last example for the people in the back who still might be like yeah…I guess…I should probably start paying more attention to this celestial light that literally goes through the same rhythmic cycle as the hormones in my body…
Yes, you. I can feel you. This last story is for you…ready?
Most folks who work with the moon do so in monthly lunations. From that individual new to wax to full to wane moon. But what’s so cool is that there are layers upon layers of cycles with the moon. For example, there is a six month cycle from the new moon in one astrological zodiac to the full moon in that same sign and when you start to track that thread? Wow. Just…wow.
We began this article with the Sagittarian New Moon—whose other half that sits across the zodiac wheel is Gemini—so let’s wrap with the Gemini New Moon/Sagittarian Full Moon axis. Now, remember earlier, I mentioned lunations that have primarily placements in my birth chart always hold the most quantum growth for me and Gemini is my sun sign—aka the fuel that lights me up the most.
My intention for Gemini was to let the magic flow in and through me, specifically in the area of cultivating conscious community. Again, bless my humanness, I directed this toward the Coven movement I am aiming to build here in the mountains of WNC through ceremonial events. I started networking and visiting soulful places to make connections, thinking I was making good on my intention. Which I was, because let me be clear here, it’s not that your intention isn’t it. It’s just one piece of the puzzle, one thread in the tapestry of magnificence that is your life. Like I also said earlier, set your intention, show up but also let the intention reveal itself to you through divine orchestration. Because what the Goddess has in store for you will always be better than what you think you have in store for you.
Sure enough, this intention led me to a sacred sisterhood that had been swirling around me since the Gemini Full Moon back in December and it was during this cycle, six months later, that I finally stepped in, right before the Sagittarian Full Moon. And the thing about joining this community, is that my initiation into it called me to fully stand as my most authentic, sacred, soulful self. To be the high priestess and to own that essence in me.
Not only that, there was also this thread that came up at the start of the cycle around deepening my priestess skills, which I thought I would do through my own self study immersion but what actually unfolded by the full moon was a sacred agreement with one of the women in this sisterhood to guide her on her priestess path. This is after reading a verbatim new moon message saying there would be an opportunity to guide, teach and mentor so I could showcase my earned wisdom and experience. Proof. of. Magick.
Nothing will have more of an impact on you living an out of the box, sacred, soulful life that is juicy, joyful, fulfilling and liberating than remembering and re-integrating cyclical, lunar living. The ancient celestial light of the moon has been a source of guidance, wisdom and healing for humanity, especially women for eons. Do not dismiss the potency of her power for activating your own potential.
The thing that makes your relationship with her so alive is just being with her. Going out under her light. Bathing in her beauty. Singing to her. Sharing your heart. You cannot demand she tell you her secrets if you do not unfold yourself to her first.
